Shipping and handling details are described at checkout. Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases: items may be returned within 30 days if unworn, unused, and with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in the footer of our emails. You may opt out of SMS communications as outlined in the Mobile Terms of Service below.

8. Mobile Terms of Service

The Sculpture Wear mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Sculpture Wear (“Sculpture Wear,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Sculpture Wear’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Sculpture Wear through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if that number is registered on a Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages, or any errors in such information.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (such as Shopify for store hosting and Klaviyo for email/SMS services) to operate aspects of our Services. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sculpture Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sculpture Wear, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
