Refund policy

At Sculpture Wear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
• Final sale items or gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
